What is Pandora’s Warranty Policy?
Pandora wants you to enjoy your jewelry free of defects and we offer a 1 year warranty from your date of purchase.
Pandora Lab-Grown Diamond items include a 2 year warranty from the date of your purchase. 
CALIFORNIA ONLY: For purchases made in California that are later shipped to the consumer, the warranty period shall be one (1) year from the date of delivery to the consumer.

We do not repair jewelry, we will only replace the item if it is still available or give you and item of equal or lesser value. 
We do not cover lost jewelry, we apologize for the inconvenience. 
Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Pandora US Online Store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase in one of our store locations. 
Damage and defective items can only be returned by mail for a refund and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

PANDORA’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
 
1. Warranty Coverage
PANDORA warrants to original consumer purchasers that all PANDORA products, with the exception of Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds, (“Products”) purchased through an authorized PANDORA distribution channel, such as a PANDORA store, an authorized multi-brand seller, or the PANDORA eStore or other authorized online seller (list of authorized online sellers can be found at www.pandora.net/en-us/stores/online_retailers), will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. CALIFORNIA ONLY: For purchases made in California that are later shipped to the consumer, the warranty period shall be one (1) year from the date of delivery to the consumer. During this warranty period, if a defect in the Product is identified, and you follow the instructions for returning the Product, PANDORA will either (i) replace the Product with a new Product that is equivalent to the Product that is to be replaced; or (ii) refund to you all or part of the original retail purchase price of the Product. PANDORA shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective Product is returned to PANDORA. A replacement or repaired Product will assume the remaining warranty of the original Product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund or replacement is given, the returned Product becomes PANDORA’s property.
 
2. Obtaining Warranty Service

Please have available the following information: (i) the Product you purchased, (ii) your sales receipt reflecting the date on which you purchased the Product, and (iii) the name of the seller from which you purchased the Product.

3. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty applies only to Products purchased through authorized PANDORA distribution channels, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Because PANDORA cannot vouch for the authenticity of products purchased through unauthorized channels nor the quality control procedures of the retailers in those channels, this warranty is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items or defects or damage due to normal wear and tear or caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-PANDORA products together with PANDORA Products. Attaching non-PANDORA charms may damage PANDORA bracelets. Stretching of PANDORA chains and bracelets is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship. Do not expose PANDORA Products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the Product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the PRODUCT USE & CARE instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your PANDORA Product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your PANDORA Product.
 
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED HEREIN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PANDORA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,  SO  THE  ABOVE   LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NO PANDORA RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.
 
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this warranty does not affect such rights.

Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds Warranty
 
 
Pandora wants you to enjoy your Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds jewelry free of defects and we offer a 2 year limited warranty from your date of purchase, or, for California only, from the date of delivery in cases where purchases made in California are later shipped.  In addition, all Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds stones are guaranteed to meet or exceed the advertised weight and all stones at 0.50 ct. or greater are also guaranteed to meet or exceed the advertised cut, color, clarity, and carat weight grades.

During this warranty period, if a defect in the Product is identified, and you follow the instructions for returning the Product, PANDORA will either (i) replace the Product with a new Product that is equivalent to the Product that is to be replaced; or (ii) refund to you the original retail purchase price of the Product. PANDORA shall have no obligation to replace or refund until the defective Product is returned to PANDORA. A replacement Product will assume the remaining warranty of the original Product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever period is longer. When a refund or replacement is given, the returned Product becomes PANDORA’s property.
 
 
Grading Guarantee
PANDORA also warrants to consumer purchasers or gift recipients that all Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds stones purchased through an authorized PANDORA distribution channel will meet or exceed the weight advertised.  All stones at 0.50 ct. and above are guaranteed to meet or exceed the advertised grades for cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, as those terms are defined by the CIBJO grading system.  If a Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds stone fails to meet the applicable standard(s), as determined by Pandora, PANDORA will replace the stone with a conforming stone.  This lifetime grading guarantee is transferable to subsequent consumer owners of the stone.  All claims require original proof of purchase.

Please have available the following information: (i) the Product purchased, (ii) the original sales receipt reflecting the date on which the Product was purchased, and (iii) the name of the seller from which the Product was purchased.  Original proof of purchase is required, including in cases where the Product was received as a gift.  PANDORA’s customer service will provide further direction on how to make your claim, including how and where to return the Product, and may request additional information to assist PANDORA in assessing the claim.

3. Exclusiones y limitaciones
 
Esta garantía limitada se aplica solo a productos fabricados por Pandora y comprados a través de canales de distribución autorizados. Pandora no puede responder por la autenticidad de productos comprados a través de canales no autorizados ni por los procedimientos de control de calidad de las tiendas de esos canales. Esta garantía limitada no se aplica a artículos perdidos ni robados, y no te da derecho a reemplazos ni reembolsos de artículos perdidos o robados. Esta garantía limitada no se aplica a los daños de productos causados ​por accidente, abuso, mal uso, uso indebido o uso de productos que no son de Pandora junto con productos Pandora. En nuestra promesa de ofrecer los diamantes cultivados en laboratorio más bellos y radiantes, garantizamos nuestros altos estándares de las 4C para siempre. PANDORA no tendrá obligación alguna de sustituir o reembolsar hasta que el Producto defectuoso sea devuelto a PANDORA. Un Producto de sustitución asumirá la garantía restante del Producto original o un período de garantía de noventa (90) días a partir de la fecha de sustitución, el período que sea más largo. En caso de reembolso o sustitución, el Producto devuelto pasará a ser propiedad de PANDORA.
 
Garantía de graduación del Diamante
 
 
PANDORA también garantiza a los consumidores compradores o destinatarios de regalos que todas las piedras Diamantes cultivados en laboratorio Pandora adquiridas a través de un canal de distribución autorizado de PANDORA cumplirán o superarán el peso anunciado. Se garantiza que todas las piedras de 0,50 quilates o más cumplen o superan los grados anunciados de corte, color, claridad y peso en quilates, tal y como estos términos se definen en el sistema de clasificación CIBJO. Si una piedra de Diamantes cultivados en laboratorio Pandora no cumple con las normas aplicables, según lo determinado por Pandora, PANDORA reemplazará la piedra con una piedra conforme. Esta garantía en la calidad por siempre es transferible a los subsiguientes consumidores propietarios de la piedra. Todas las reclamaciones requieren la prueba original de compra.
