What are your shipping options and delivery times?
Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.
Standard Shipping
Arrives in 2-5 business days.
Engraving orders may take 1 extra day to process than standard orders.

Express Shipping
Arrives in 1-2 business days.

• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
• We use multiple carriers to ship orders, please refer to your shipment confirmation email on which carrier we use to ship your order.
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
• NOTE all orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.
• Engraving orders require 1 additional business day for processing.
What is your return policy?
Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 30 days by mail or in-store with original receipt/electronic receipt lookup. Damaged/defective merchandise may be returned in-store or online. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
Extended Holiday Returns! From November 1, 2025, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on items in unused and in original condition until January 31,2026 with original receipt.

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of damaged/defective merchandise.

Returns by Mail:
Returning your item is easy and free! Just follow the steps below:
Fill out the Return Form included in your package. Be sure to include the quantity, item number, and reason for your return(s).
Securely pack your item(s) along with your Return Form.
Attach the prepaid UPS shipping label to the outside of your package.
If you can’t find your return form or prepaid label, please click here and enter your order tracking number, then select “Return this package” — or contact our Pandora Jewelry Customer Care Center for help.
Drop off your return at any UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet, or UPS Customer Center. Return shipping is on us — you won’t be charged.
Refunds & Processing Times
Once your package is received and validated by our warehouse, we’ll process your return and send you a confirmation email.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days after validation, but we aim to process them within 5 business days.
All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please note:
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to credit your account.
Returns In-Store
• Find your nearest Pandora store at stores.pandora.net.
•Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to return to the Pandora store.
•Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Purchases using PayPal will be issued a gift card.
Exchanges
If you require an exchange, please return the items by mail with a prepaid return label or in-store and purchase your desired item(s).
You may exchange your item(s) at Pandora branded stores for an item of equal or lesser value provided it is available. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore not considered for exchanges.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.
Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.

What is Pandora’s exchange policy?
Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Pandora US Online Store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase in one of our store locations. Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions.
